Fixed 2-hole paper punch features a protective rubber base and a spring-loaded handle. Operated by a hand lever, this heavy-duty device punches 1/4" round holes, spaced 2-3/4" apart. An adjustable paper guide locks at common paper sizes. Punches up to 30 sheets of 16-lb paper and 25 sheets of 20-lb paper.
