SKILCRAFT® Gate Valve Lockout devices adjust from 2-1/2” to 5” to fit gate valve hand wheels. Will accommodate 3 padlocks with a maximum shackle diameter of 3/8”. Lockout device is made from durable plastic (polyurethane) and can withstand temperatures from -13° to 194° F. Device has a label stating, “DANGER Locked Out Do Not Operate.” Made in the U.S.A.
